- Handle all inquiries, transactions, correspondence and complaints promptly, courteously and fairly.
- Exercise truth in all promotions concerning services provided.
- Provide my clients with complete details on prices and services by time of booking.
- Publicly post engagement and cancellation policies.
- Publicly advise of changes in services or fees if and when they occur.
- When unavailable for booking, assist potential clients with finding other suitable arrangements.
- Abide by all applicable federal, state and municipal laws.
